About University
The Ovidius University of Constanta is a public institution founded in 1961. And, in 1990 it completely transformed into a full-fledged university. The University is acknowledged in the entire European Union and beyond. At Ovidius University of Constanta 15,000 students are enrolled of which around 1200 are international students. It is considered the largest university in South-East Romania and the largest university of the European Union in the Black Sea.
The Ovidius University of Constanta presents plenty of beneficial facilities for the students such as the Ovidius University Library. Several other smaller libraries also exist on the campus that belongs to the faculties. Located on the central campus, the University comprises modern technological infrastructure, laboratory facilities, classrooms, reading rooms, etc.

Cost of Living in Constanta City
If you a student planning to do higher studies at Ovidius University, primarily all you need to know is the cost of living in Constanta City. The University provides accommodation in its four dedicated student hostels which can accommodate over 1300+ students during their studies. Scholarship

Part-Time Job
Ovidius University organizes extracurricular activities for students which help them in acquiring complementary skills and assist them in finding jobs. International students get added benefits while studying and working in Romania. Above all, students can work as long as they are officially registered with the Romanian institute of higher education. While doing work along with studies in Romania, you need to follow the labor law so that jobs would not clash with your study hours. However, there is no work permit required while studying and doing a job as it is legal in Romania. If you have a work permit you are allowed to work up to 4 hours each day or if you want to work for more than 4 hours you have to apply for a work permit.
